How is the price calculated?
Every quote combines the vehicle class, distance and route fee. You see the full price before booking, with no meter surprises.
Can I pay with mobile money?
Yes. Checkout supports M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas, HaloPesa, T-Pesa, cards and cash through Selcom.
What can I move?
Documents, food, furniture, electronics, construction materials, stock and more. Cargo handling rules are shown before you confirm.
How do I become a driver?
Apply with your phone number, driving licence, national ID and vehicle documents. Verification is reviewed by the Pakiza operations team.
Where is Pakiza available?
The first launch is Dar es Salaam, starting with Kinondoni and Masaki. More zones and cities follow as operations scale.
Is my phone number shared with the driver?
No. Calls and chat use a masked number. The driver sees the order details, not your personal contact.
What if the driver is late?
The app shows the live ETA. If the trip stalls, support can reassign the order and keep you updated.
Do you support business accounts?
